Serra Whelan Chevrolet is Hiring an ENTRY LEVEL SERVICE ADVISOR Near Sterling, MI
- Initiates automotive services for mechanical jobs, such as but not limited to oil changes, tire rotations, filter changes, etc.
- Prepares repair orders (RO)
- Obtains approval and creating Repair Orders into the DMS.
- Maintains customer rapport by explaining estimates and expected return of vehicle while keeping them informed of their vehicle’s repair progress.
- Entry-level knowledge of the automotive industry and parts
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- The ability to communicate equally well with technicians, customers, and senior management
- Product knowledge
- Computer and phone skills
- Reynolds and Reynolds experience is preferred but we will train the right candidate
